Caramelized Red Onion Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 red onions, quartered
4 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
salt and pepper
finely snipped chives
Preparation

Slice onions and chop garlic. In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and stir well.
Cook, stirring, until onions are browned and caramelized, about 25 minutes.
Combine onions, cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt and pepper in food processor. Process until well blended, about 30 seconds.
