You Have To Try Chicken Spread! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon garlic wine vinegar (or vinegar with garlic added)
    2 (5 ounce) cans chicken, spread
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped, can use walnuts
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1/4 cup chives
    1 pint sour cream
    ginger, to taste
    salt, to taste
    1 tablespoon minced onion, to taste
Preparation
    Mix together vinegar, chicken, mayo, pecans, ginger, salt & onion. Form into a mound on serving plate. Top entirely with sour cream & chives. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.Serve with your favorite crackers.
