Jack Daniels Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
40 ounces chicken pieces, with bones and skin

Preparation

mix first three ingredients in a 9X13 glass baking dish or similar.
add chicken.
bake for 2.5 hours at 350, turning over every 30 minutes.
