All-Purpose Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons wine
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    In a small bowl whisk together wine, vinegar, and mustard until blended.
    Slowly pour in olive oil, whisking constantly.
    Whisk in oregano, parsley, and garlic.
    Use for a dressing on mixed greens.
