Chicken & Black Pepper Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups milk
    3/4 cup frozen green pea
    3/4 cup sliced frozen carrots
    5 ounces chicken, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
    10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken and mushroom soup
    1 cup Bisquick baking mix
    1/3 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    chopped fresh parsley, if desired (optional)
Preparation
    Heat 1-1/2 cups milk, peas, carrots, chicken and soup to boiling in 3-quart saucepan.
    Stir Bisquick mix, 1/3 cup milk and black pepper until soft dough forms.
    Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls onto chicken mixture.
    Cook uncovered over low heat 10 minutes.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
