Roasted Cod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cod fish fillet
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rub both sides of fish with olive oil and sprinkle with the pepper. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until flakes easily with a fork.
