Tomato Basil Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup plum tomato, seeded and diced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/3 cup purple onion, diced fine
    3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
    3 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, slivered
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
