Caribbean Crabmeat Salad With Creamy Gingered Dressing - cooking recipe

Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon garlic granules
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch sugar
Salad
1 lb fresh lump crabmeat
4 plum tomatoes, diced
1 cup seedless cucumber, diced
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
gourmet mixed greens
garnishes
avocado, thinly sliced
purple onion rings, thinly sliced
mangoes or kiwi, sliced
Preparation

Whisk together all dressing ingredients, and chill.
Combine crabmeat and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Toss with mayonnaise dressing mixture.
Serve with greens on serving platter.
Garnish, if desired.
