Marinated Mediterranean Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (150 g) fish fillets
    3 teaspoons olive oil
    marinade
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    2 teaspoons paprika
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinade fish fillets for 30 mins or more.
    Remove fish from marinade. Heat oil in non-stick frypan and fry fish until cooked through.
