Lentils With Burnt Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup brown rice, cooked
    1 cup lentils, cooked
    2 medium onions, sliced into strips
    3 medium carrots, diced
    1 cup Baby Spinach
    1 tablespoon oil
    3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    heat oil, add onions and cook for 15 min until black.
    ad carrots (4 min), stir in spinach.
    combine rice, lentils, and veggies with vinegar and salt.
