Beef, Kale And Leek Soup - cooking recipe

2 lbs stewing beef
4 cups beef broth
4 cups vegetable broth
3 cups chopped kale
2 cups Baby Spinach
1 cup chopped leek, green and white parts
1 cup chopped celery
6 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Brown meat. Add all other ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
