Hawaiian Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup vegetable oil (I use canola)
    1/4 cup soy sauce (I prefer the light soy)
    1/4 cup dry sherry
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    2 tablespoons molasses
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Marinate meat of your choice for several hours. Our favorite is steak tips which we marinate for at least 6-8 hours, but I prefer to marinate it over-night.
