Garlic Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

250 g salted butter
1 head garlic, finely minced or crushed
2 tablespoons dried herbs (an italian seasoning is nice) (optional)
Preparation

Make sure the butter is relatively soft.
Mix in the garlic cloves.
Add dried herbs of your choice, if you wish.
Put in an air tight container and ideally leave a day before using so that the garlic flavor really permeates the butter.
