Egyptian Tabilch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini
    2 cups canned green beans
    2 cups tomato sauce
    curry, to taste
    sage, to taste
    tarragon, to taste
    1 tablespoon lemon zest
    1/3 onion
    4 cups water
    2 cups brown rice
    2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Cook rice in water with bouillon cubes, uncovered until water boils out.
    Separately cook zucchini, green beans and onion in tomato sauce for 10 minutes.
    Add spices and cook 10 more minutes.
    Pour over rice.
