Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs frozen hash browns
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 (14 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    1 pint sour cream
    1 cup crushed corn flakes
    1/4 cup melted butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.
    Mix first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and pour into baking pan.
    Mix crushed corn flakes with melted butter and top potato mix.
    Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
