White Wine Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 -4 ounces cheddar cheese
2 -4 ounces blue cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup butter, cut in pieces
1 roasted red pepper
1 -2 garlic clove
2 -4 tablespoons white wine
2 -6 drops your favorite hot sauce

Preparation

Peel and quarter garlic cloves.
Combine all ingredients in bowl of food processor.
Process until smooth and creamy.
