Mango Habanero Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops
    1 habanero pepper, finely chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    15 ounces canned mangoes in syrup
Preparation
    Place pork chops in slow-cooker.
    Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, and pour over pork chops.
    Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
    Serve over rice.
