Black Dog Garlic Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups canned chick-peas
    1/2 cup tahini
    1 lemon, juice of
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 -2 dash cayenne
    1 -2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Drain beans reserving liquid. Rinse.
    In a food processor or blender, pulse briefly.
    Add garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil and seasonings, pulse until smooth.
    Add reserved liquid if it is too thick until desired consistancy.
    Before serving drizzle with a little olive oil.
    serve with red bell pepper slices, pita chips or bread, veggies, pretzels, whatever!
