Chex Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cups Rice Chex
    1 cup salted peanuts
    1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Spray two large baking pans.
    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, stirring well until completely coated. Spread in a single layer on the baking pans.
    Bake for 12 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes.
    Break into pieces and store in an air-tight container.
