Homemade Mock Capers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nasturtium seeds
    1 pint white vinegar
    2 cups white sugar
Preparation
    Make a syrup of vinegar and sugar.
    Boil three (3) minutes.
    Pick Nasturtium seeds when green.
    Wash thoroughly.
    Pack loosely in hot sterilized \"1/4-pint\" jars.
    Fill jars with boiling syrup.
    Seal at once.
    Let stand for ONE month before using.
