Carrots With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

carrot (baby carrots or carrot sticks)
4 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons butter
parsley (optional)
lemon juice (optional)
Preparation

Cook carrots until just tender.
In separate saucepan, measure in the next 5 ingredients.
Heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Add parsley.
If you think it's too sweet, you can add some lemon juice.
Pour orange sauce over drained carrots.
Serve.
Reheats well.
