Oranges With Tequila - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large navel oranges
    1 tablespoon superfine sugar
    1 ounce tequila
    1/2 ounce triple sec
Preparation
    Peel oranges and remove as much pith as possible. Cut into slices.
    Place sliced oranges in a medium bowl. Add sugar, tequila and triple sec. Toss gently.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally to distribute juices. Serve cold.
