Southwestern Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (4 to 6 ounces each)
    Rub
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix rub ingredients.
    Rub generously on pork.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Bake for 40 minutes or until done.
