Healthy Toast To-Go - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices whole grain bread
    2 tablespoons hummus
    1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
    1/3 cup micro greens
    2 tablespoons walnut butter
    1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
    1/3 cup toasted coconut
Preparation
    Toast the bread. On one slice, spread hummus and Greek yogurt and top with microgreens.
    On the other slice, spread walnut butter, pumpkin puree and top with toasted coconut.
