Minnesota Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup milk
1 small onion, minced
1 egg
3/4 cup oatmeal
salt & pepper
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can mushroom soup
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup catsup
Preparation

Mix the first 7 ingredients together well and shape into balls. Put meat balls in a 2 qt baking dish or 9 x 13 pan. Blend the remaining ingredients and pour over meat balls. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 325. I like to cover with foil and then uncover for the last half hour.
