Parmesan Baked Cod - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (4 ounce) cod fish fillets
nonstick cooking spray
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Spray an 8 inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, cheese, green onion, and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread mixture over fish fillets.
Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
