Chermoula - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon coriander, finely chopped
    2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    3 teaspoons ground cumin
    2 teaspoons mild paprika
    1 teaspoon ground turmeric
    1 pinch cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and set aside to let the flavours develop.
