Swiss Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup sliced green onion
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup diced green pepper
1 cup sliced stuffed green olive
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
6 cups shredded lettuce
8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the onions, celery, green pepper and olives.
In another bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over vegetables and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Just before serving, place the lettuce in a large salad bowl; add the cheese and dressing with vegetables.
Toss lightly.
