Gluten Free Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 cups baking mix
    1/4 cup canola oil
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup soymilk
Preparation
    preheat oven to 400.
    grease 12 muffin pan.
    Mix all ingredients & beat until smooth.
    bake for 25-35 minutes.
