Pineapple Ham Panini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices multigrain bread (1/2 inch thick slices)
    1 tablespoon butter, melted
    2 ounces cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
    2 ounces deli ham, thinly sliced
    2 slices fresh pineapple (about 1/4 inch thick)
Preparation
    Brush one side of each bread slices with butter.
    Place two slices on a work surface, buttered side down, and evenly layer with cheese, ham, and pineapple.
    Cover with top halves, buttered side up, and press gently to pack.
    Place sandwiches in grill, close the top plate and cook until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
