Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pint home canned salmon, drain out juice
    1 egg
    1/2 cup bread or 1/2 cup cracker crumb
    1/4 cup milk
    onion powder
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape fish into patties.
    Fry in vegetable oil. Brown on both sides.
    *Serve with rice if desired.
