Daikon Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

daikon radish (about 1 inch)
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
9 ounces cooked rice
2 1/2 g bonito flakes
Preparation

Cut the daikon into 1/2 inch dice. Marinate in the soy sauce for 10 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
Stir in the bonito flakes. Stir the daikon mixture into the rice.
