Homemade Cream Of Chicken Soup With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups chicken stock
    1/4 cup white rice
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 tablespoon parsley
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, bring broth to a simmer over low heat.
    Add rice and cream.
    Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Cover and cook for 20 minutes, until rice is tender.
    Serve hot sprinkled with parsley.
