Red Pepper Humus (Humus Bil Filfil Hamra) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 ounce) cans chickpeas
    1 lemon
    1/2 cup tahini
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 pinch cayenne pepper
    3 tablespoons red pepper paste
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
Preparation
    In a small pot add the caned chick peas and bring to a simmer just to get it a bit softer.
    strain and add the chickpeas to a processor with the tahini sauce and puree until smooth.
    add lemon,garlic,red pepper paste,salt and cayenne pepper.
    place in a plate garnish with parsley, serve with pita bread.
