Spinach Salad With Sweet Blackberry Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup blackberry
    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 (9 ounce) bag fresh spinach
    1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola
    1 cup sliced red onion
    1/3 cup purchased glazed walnuts
Preparation
    In a blender combine blackberries, vinegar, honey, oil, vanilla and salt. Pulse to desired consistency.
    In a large bowl, toss spinach, cheese, red onion and blackberry mixture.
    Stir in walnuts before serving.
