Alinos (Seasoning Paste) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/2 tablespoon sazon goya (with azafran)
    1/2 cup water (more if needed)
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients into a food process or blender and process to form a paste (it will not be a smooth paste because it is not cooked).
    Store, refrigerated, for up to a week; freeze for longer storage.
