Cream Of Mushroom Wild Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups mushrooms, sliced
    3 carrots, sliced
    3 celery ribs, sliced
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup flour
    3 cups wild rice, cooked
    12 cups chicken stock
    2 cups cream
    salt
    pepper
    nutmeg
Preparation
    melt butter in a large pot
    saute mushrooms, carrots, celery and onion in butter until tender.
    whisk in flour.
    add chicken stock.
    add wild rice.
    season to taste.
    bring to a simmer and simmer until heated through.
    add cream and heat through.
