2 -3 cups baby greens
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup roasted red pepper
Preparation

Top baby greens with remaining ingredients.
Add whatever other vegetables you have in your refrigerator.
Add your favorite dressing.
