Creole Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 ounces creamed corn
    5 eggs, beaten
    240 ml 35% cream
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon white pepper
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, cream, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Add creamed corn; mix well and heat up in skillet - do not boil.
    Pour corn mixture into greased ramekins and bake in hot water bath at 375\u00b0F until set (about 1 hour).
    Turn out onto plates and serve.
