Vegan Walnut Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup walnuts, toasted
    8 cups basil leaves, packed
    1 tablespoon coarse salt
    8 garlic cloves
    1 cup olive oil
    4 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and blend well until smooth.
    Add additional salt, lemon juice or olive oil if needed.
