Bbq Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 small white onion, diced
1 small green bell pepper, diced
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup white rice
1 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
1 cup black beans
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Preparation

Heat oil over medium heat
Add onions and bell peppers and cook until softened.
Stir in the water and bring it to a boil.
Stir in the rice and return to boil.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir in the corn beans and BBQ sauce and heat through.
