Orange Butter Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
3 tablespoons orange juice

Preparation

Beat powdered sugar and butter in mixing bowl.
Add orange rind and enough juice to make of spreading consistency.
Beat until smooth.
Yield enough frosting for 1 cake layer -- .
