Tator Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (14 ounce) package sauerkraut (the kind you would get in the refrigerator section. Don't drain!)
32 ounces tater tots
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Gently mix all ingredients together in a big bowl (including the sauerkraut juice in the package).
Use a nonstick spray on a 9x6 baking dish. Poor the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 45-60 minutes - until it turns a little brownish on top.
