Salami Tartlet Canape Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 slices salami (see above)
    8 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F
    Line base and sides of two 12-hole, 1/3-cup capacity muffin pans with salami.
    Pour 1 tablespoon egg into each salami case. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until egg is set and cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
