Egg-Less, Milk-Less, Butter-Less Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup raisins
    1 cup cold water
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    1 tablespoon lard
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon clove
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
    Boil raisins, water, brown sugar, lard, cinnamon and cloves for 3 minutes.
    Let stand and cool.
    Add baking soda dissolved in a little water.
    Mix in the flour and baking powder.
    Pour into greased and floured cake pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
