Crock Pot Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces
    1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, diced
    1 carrot, peeled and diced
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 medium celery rib, diced
    1 bay leaf (remove before serving)
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese or 1/2 cup romano cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients EXCEPT grated cheese; put in a crock pot.
    Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
    Serve over rice or pasta.
