Trinidad And Tobago Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 garlic cloves, peeled
    1/2 cup lime juice (to taste)
    1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
    1/4 cup water
    1 tablespoon salt (to taste)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
    Serve at room temperature.
