Ingredients

1 can apricot halves
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
6 whole allspice
1 cinnamon stick
Preparation

Put apricot syrup in saucepan.
Add the vinegar, allspice and cinnamon.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Put in the apricots.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
