Beef Dry Rub - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons treacle sugar or 2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black mustard seeds (ground)
1 teaspoon coriander seed (ground)
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (ground)
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed (ground)
Preparation

Place the first five ingredients in a bowl, and mix well using a spoon. Be sure to press any lumps with the back of the spoon to ensure a good blend.
Mix all ingredients together, and store in an airtight container.
Notes: Coriander = dhania = cilantro.
