Souped Up Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground sirloin
    2 teaspoons crushed garlic (from a jar)
    1 1/2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
    1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
    3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and form into patties.
    Grill 6 minutes on each side or to your preference of cooking. This makes medium rare burgers.
